One civilian namely Bilal Ahmad Khan resident of Pujoo village of Kral Chuk was killed and two more injured after army allegedly opened fire on protesters in Ganawpora area of Shopian district. As per reports people had gathered there to offer funeral prayers of one the slain militant.
Soon after the funeral people took to the streets hurled stones on army and in retaliation they used live fire arm to disperse the protesters. In this incident one civilian was killed and two more injured.
